We invite you to meet our experienced staff members:
Clinton E. Brown is the President and principal of Clinton Brown Company Architecture, and brings over 30 years of experience to his work. His achievements include co-founding SuperSpan Upper Niagara, The Niagara Arts & Cultural Center, BoomDays Buffalo Niagara, and Canal NY. Mr. Brown has been a trustee, director, or task force member on over two dozen boards and committees, including past President of the Landmark Society of the Niagara Frontier. Recently, the Secretary of the Interior appointed him a Commissioner of the Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor Commission and Governor Pataki appointed him a Director of the H.H. Richardson Preservation Board and the Buffalo Architecture Center Board. Mr. Brown's professional achievements have been recognized and awarded by the American Institute of Architects, the Preservation League of New York State, The Buffalo News, and Buffalo Business First, among others.

Alma O’Connell-Brown brings nearly twenty-five years of experience to her role as Project Manager with Clinton Brown Company Architecture. Mrs. Brown specializes in feasibility studies, facility management services, project coordination, construction contract administration, and grant writing services.

Jill Nowicki provides project coordination at Clinton Brown Company Architecture including code research, design development and contract documents. With experience and degrees in both historic preservation and interior design she specializes in restoration and rehabilitation projects.

Project Development Associate Rebecca Priebe provides research, grant writing, publication and administrative services. A graduate of the University of Rochester, Rebecca trained in public health research and public policy, and studied urban planning policy in Cape Town, South Africa. Rebecca worked as a public health educator in Ibulanku Uganda, a research assistant for a book published for the World Health Organization, and a research assistant and focus group facilitator for a public health study pertaining to HIV transmission.

Elizabeth D. Gerber provides drafting, sketching, schematic design, design development, 3D rendering, and model building service at Clinton Brown Company Architecture. Currently, Elizabeth is completing her Masters of Architecture at the University at Buffalo, where she is focusing her work on Inclusive or “barrier free” design theory. Elizabeth’s previous work experience includes drafting, coordinating, and laying out building structural systems as well as working with zoning and building codes.
